I messed up and didn't select the right postage to get here in time for my dad's birthday on Christmas day, and Google pay put a delivery address in that I haven't lived in for 10 years.
I sent a panicked email and less than 24hrs later, got a response advising the address had been changed and delivery updated to 24hr.

Fast delivery and great service. I was a little confused with the sizing when they arrived. I ordered a menβs UK 8, when they arrived it said size 9 on the bottom, so I assumed I received the wrong size. I emailed customer service about an exchange. Customer service was very prompt in replying and assuring me that the size on the bottom was a US 9 / UK 8. So I was happy with the prompt service I received.
