DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

We have 4 delivery options available; Economy Delivery, Standard Delivery, Express Delivery and Next Working Day Delivery.

All orders are despatched Monday - Friday and we ship all mainland UK orders either via Royal Mail or DPD. 

We are happy to deliver to residential or work addresses in the UK.

Economy Delivery is £3.99.

Standard Delivery is £4.49.

Express delivery is £5.99.

Next Working Day Delivery is £6.99.

Economy Delivery

Orders are sent via Royal Mail and aim to be delivered within 4-8 working days from despatch.

Standard Delivery

Orders are sent via Royal Mail using the Tracked 48 service and aim to be delivered within 2-4 working days from despatch.

We aim to despatch all Standard Delivery orders placed before 12pm the same day.

Express Delivery

Orders are sent via Royal Mail using the Tracked 24 service and aim to be delivered within 1-2 working days from despatch.

We aim to despatch all Express Delivery orders placed before 12pm the same day.

Next Working Day Delivery

Orders are sent via DPD and aim to be delivered the next working day for all orders placed before 2pm.

Please note DPD only deliver Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be collected on Monday and delivered on Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays).

If you have not received any UK orders within 3 working days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us.

We are online only store and do not have a shop. If you would like to collect your order from our warehouse, please contact us beforehand so we can check stock and if the item(s) is in stock, we will reserve them for you.

At present we only deliver to the UK.

We are happy to deliver to residential or work addresses in the UK.

RETURNS

Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the product.

1. Simply fill in the returns form which was enclosed with your order, telling us which items you are returning, whether you would like a refund or exchange, and include this with the items you are sending back to us.

2. You can generate a Royal Mail returns label on our sister site, Foot Box, at the cost of £3.50 by clicking the link below. This covers parcels up to 610mm x 460mm x 460mm and does not require a printer.

Once the returns label has been purchased, a link will be emailed to your email address to generate the label.

There is no requirement to use our label if you prefer to use your own courier, but we always advise to obtain proof of postage.

3. Pack your items securely and attach your returns label to the outer packaging.

4. Take your parcel to your most convenient Post Office or arrange for Royal Mail to collect your parcel on a day that suits you. You will be given a postage receipt, please ensure this is kept safe until you've received your refund or exchange.

Once your return is received back to our warehouse, we will endeavour to process your refund or exchange within 5 working days.

Please note, if you have requested a refund it may take a further 3 - 5 working days for the banks to process the refund.

Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used when you placed the order.

Yes. Simply fill in the returns form which was enclosed with your order, telling us which items you are returning alongside what size or colour you would like the item to be exchanged for, and include this with the items you are sending back to us.

  • Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the product.
  • Items must be returned unworn and as new, fit for re-sale in undamaged original packaging.
  • Please ensure items are packed to avoid damage to both the product and the packaging.
  • To obtain a refund or exchange, proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and we strongly recommend all items are returned using an insured signed for service as items lost in the post cannot be refunded.
  • All products sold from our store are guaranteed to be fit for their intended use. Please ensure you only use items for what they were intended for as we will not accept liability for defects caused by misuse.
  • In the unlikely event that goods are received faulty or have developed a fault during a short period of time please contact us. We will exchange faulty items which have been used or worn. We will only refund an item when an alternative cannot be sourced.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
